Application For Membership
Applications (provided below) for membership must be made to the Executive Director in writing on an application form provided and accompanied by the following:
- One (1) recent passport size photograph;
- Remittance by check, money order or bank draft in United States currency, drawn on a U.S. bank, covering one year's annual dues in advance plus the application fee applicable at the time of the application
- The following should also be submitted when required and available. This will greatly assist and speed up the application process.
- A copy of your license where one is required.
- A copy of your bond or insurance policy where required.
- A one-page letter of introduction, on your company letterhead, stating the nature of your business and expertise.
- List the languages spoken by you or your office staff.
Applications will be acted upon by the Executive Committee after receiving and reviewing the membership committee's investigation and recommendations.
NOTE: Please ensure that all questions are answered in full and that the Waiver and Certification are both signed & dated by the Applicant.
APPLICATION FEE AND DUES:
- Application Fee $50.00 (Non refundable)
- First Year's Dues in Advance $160.00
TOTAL:$210.00
The Application form must be completed in English.
