Application For Membership
Applications (provided below) for membership must be made to the Executive Director in writing on an application form provided and accompanied by the following:
  1. One (1) recent passport size photograph;
  2. Remittance by check, money order or bank draft in United States currency, drawn on a U.S. bank, covering one year's annual dues in advance plus the application fee applicable at the time of the application
  3. The following should also be submitted when required and available. This will greatly assist and speed up the application process.
  4. A copy of your license where one is required.
  5. A copy of your bond or insurance policy where required.
  6. A one-page letter of introduction, on your company letterhead, stating the nature of your business and expertise.
  7. List the languages spoken by you or your office staff.

Applications will be acted upon by the Executive Committee after receiving and reviewing the membership committee's investigation and recommendations.

NOTE: Please ensure that all questions are answered in full and that the Waiver and Certification are both signed & dated by the Applicant.

APPLICATION FEE AND DUES:

  1. Application Fee $50.00 (Non refundable)
  2. First Year's Dues in Advance $160.00

TOTAL:$210.00

The Application form must be completed in English.
